Whoohoo, no more finals!

I've been up for the past two weeks (Hopped up on caffeine and the like), just studying for finals. And don't let anyone tell you that you need your sleep, either. I swear, I slept for two days, and now I'm back. Ooooh yes I'm back.

Even though I continually say I'm coming back, I do. And then I get distracted. (Easy, right?)

I haven't actually sat down and decided to fix my Slackware partition, so I can continue working with Mojoworld. I think, though... I'll do that today. I'm going to shoot myself though. I'm actually installing Ubuntu. Yep, Ubuntu. Even though I've been using linux since '95, I don't think I've been this pissed off at Slackware, and lazy enough to install Ubuntu.

On a completely random tangent, I was playing Blasterball 2 in Best Buy on saturday. The backgrounds look like something I'd make, it was kinda cool to see.

And now, as you can see... I've been playing Crysis. I love it, god how I love it. It's not like Portal, but running through the thick jungles, activating powers, and grabbing Koreans by the neck. (Or Aliens.) Pick up the demo, if your computer can handle it.

It's about time you've left. I wonder, did you ever donate one or all of your vital organs to the Aperture Science Self-esteem fund for girls? It's true, at least from what GLaDOS says.

I love that computer voice, I honestly wish they'd make a Text-to-speech with Ellen McLain's voice, remodulated to sound like GLaDOS again.

I'd definitely put it on my mac.

In other, related news, I've beaten Portal a total of 27 times. It's never become boring, because I try to find different ways of doing things. Or, flinging myself into an endless wall loop. I don't know how I managed that one, but it was cool.

There's a reason why I haven't, and it's actually simple. College classes are getting in the way of everything. (That, and it's partially disheartening to make something, and have noone comment.)

Expect at least ONE render in the next day or four, if I can get this damned laptop to comply.

Oh, and I've found my CD of all Beethoven... It's like my ears have been having an orgasm all day. Ah, the glorious, glorious ninth...

Yes, Epic Ownage. As we all know, Wednesday was Halloween, the night of candy, spooks, horrors, and tricks. Ooh, how I love the tricks.

There's this stupid kid around my small town who likes to be a retard. Picks fights with the upperclassmen, and gets the piss beat out of him on a regular basis. Of course, he doesn't learn, oh god no. He's what, 14, 13? (Eanes and Kool-aid say 13, so that it be.) And he decides to mess with guys who are 17-18? NOT SMART LOL.

Well, we saw him and a group of his friends out around Halloween, and of course, we had airsoft guns. So what happened? All seven guys in Stone's Explorer jumped out of any hole they could, and OPENED FIRE. There were kids crying, dropping candy, as we laughed. They were all the same sort as King retard (so we'll call him) and thought they were "hot shit."

Weren't so hot, crying on the streetcorner. I think, and I repeat, THINK, someone got a picture of it. I want it.

Anyway, shoutboard coming up someday.
